Running Existing vB Forum On Localhost

Hello,

I’m looking to run a copy of my existing vBulletin 3.8 forum on localhost (WAMP).

I’ve downloaded the files and database. Please guide on how to link them in order to make the forum work.

1. Restore your MYSQL Database
2. Edit your /includes/config.php file to point to the new database.
