What version of PHP are you using and what are the errors listed in your PHP Error Log? The Blog 2.0.4 hasn't been updated since 2012 so it probably will not work with PHP 7.

For your account, the easiest solution would be to upgrade to vBulletin 4.2.5.

Looking at a 500 server error won't tell me anything that will help you use the software. That is why I asked about the contents of the PHP error log.

The php error log is on the server, your hosts can help you locate it.

We have no idea how your server is configured. There are thousands of ways a server can be configured. Your hosting provider would be able to tell you how to view your PHP Error Log.

              That is one possible location.

These aren't vBulletin files. These files haven't been updated to run on the new version of PHP required by the later versions of vBulletin. They look like Wordpress files. You should probably upgrade Wordpress to the 4.9 series. Upgrade vBulletin to 4.2.5. And make sure that PHP is 5.6.30 or higher.
