Create News Script linked to VB forum feed & SEO effect ?

Hello .

now I have Vbulletin Forum 3.8 and i have script php in same website .. so if i want to transform the news automatically from Forum to Script ( by RSS ) : here will be problem in SEO for same contents to every news or not ? and if there are problem what's best solution you see for it ?
