Post Reporting without Title

Hi,
second problem after updating from 3.6 to 3.8, I had enabled Post Reporting Options to post posts. Before the update in the forum of thread list appeared "Report Post by user - title of post" now with 3.8 no longer appears Title but only "Report Post by user".
How do I restore the Title of post reporting?

Search for the phrase:
reportpost_newthread

Make sure it contains the text:
Reported Post by $reportinfo[rusername]

If it doesn't, blank out all the text in the text box and press 'Copy default text', then save.

I've also tried adding the title tag, but it does not work
