We run vbulletin 3.8.11. What are our options in order to get a mobile solution for the forum(including groups and galleries if possible).

There's no official mobile style for vB3 and there never will be - it was written at a time when there wasn't any real mobile use of the internet.
You can try vbulletin.org - for example the user 'Dartho' has a mobile style for vB3.MARK.B

EVERYONE is complaining about not being able to view properly on mobile devices. Also, NO ONE it seems can START thread with mobile devices.
