MySQL TIMESTAMP with implicit DEFAULT is deprecated

I noticed that I'm getting warnings regarding some changes to the TIMESTAMP with implicit DEFAULT value is deprecated. Right now this is set to FALSE by default but will become TRUE in the future.

explicit_defaults_for_timestamp = TRUE

Is there anything I need to modify/update in my database to prepare for this change?

vBulletin does not use the TIMESTAMP data type.
