    Help updated from 3.8-3.9

    i did a upgrade from 3.8 to 3.9 now i have a error how can i fix this
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /XXX/XXX/public_html/forum/includes/adminfunctions_language.php on line 966
