    Database error in vBulletin 3.8.8

A new user registered, but his account doesn't work and I can't delete the account either, when trying his URL, I get this error below.

I actually just want to delete the account (he did register a new one, that works fine), how can I delete the old account?

    Thanks

Are you able to edit the account at all in the admincp?

I was able to ban the user, nothing else, can't edit any of the fields.

Is there a query I can run, that can delete a specific user?

There is not a single query to delete a user.

I think we will need a support ticket so that we can investigate this, as we'll need access to your system.

            http://www.vbulletin.com/go/techsupport.

We'll need your admincp login, and ftp access. Also please include a link to this topic.

Maybe too much work for a user that's not active, I'll ignore for now, thanks...
