    PHP Code:
     define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

        AdminCp -> Maintenance > Diagnostics ->
        then run Suspect File Versions

        If you have file mismatch or not expected content reupload your all vBulletin files

                    Those messages almost certainly mean you are running an older 3.8.x version on php 5.3.x

                        Downgrade php to 5.2.x, or upgrade vBulletin to 3.8.7 - I would think the latter is more practical.
