Can I upgrade from 3.81 to 3.87

I am running vb 3.8.1 and it is saying that I can download vb 3.8.7 patch level 3 see below...

My license is as below

Inactive - Expired

If it's expired, you can only download the version that was current at the time the license expired.

To get 3.8.7, you would need to purchase a vB5 license.
