Edit Groups Page

I would like a group page like this,

Mine comes up with just public usergroups not my groups I have like been given, so i can change my displaygroup, just wondering if there's a soluton?

That page is going to be located on your site here: profile.php?do=editusergroups

You also have to make the desired usergroups able to be joined, which is done in the AdminCP.
