Sending bulk email to users really slow on one of my sites and fast on the others.

Anyone else ever experience this? All of my sites are on the same server and I checked the forum settings and everything seems to be the same as with my other sites, but it is REALLY slow on the one site. About a mail couple seconds.

Any thoughts for what this could be?
