Thousands of Database Errors - Any Input Appreciated - Possible VBSEO related

I am a database noob.

About a month ago, I started receiving thousands of database errors per day.

One of our staff, determined that the problem was likely related to a recent VBSEO security problem.

I installed the latest version, updated it and the errors still role in.

I have noticed that most of the errors are dated back in February.

Any direction on how to stop the emails and correct any problems that need to be corrected, would be greatly appreciated.
