Creating new forum: Unknown column 'styleid' in 'field list'

When I attempt to create a new forum, I get the following error:

I am still very much a novice and don't get under the hood of the software too much. This is the first forum I have added in quite some time. I THINK I am doing everything correctly. I have tried to research the issue, but have not come up with much. Can anyone point me in the direction of what is happening here and how I might go about correcting it?
