What is "Viewing Forum Leaders"?

We possibly have someone "visiting" the administrator area of the board so I've been keeping a close watch on who is logging in as "invisible" and what Location they are viewing to see if I can find out if something really is going on or not.

I've noticed one person who is logged in and it says they are "Viewing Forum Leaders". Is that in the admin area? I've been looking in the documentation and can't seem to find what that means.

"Viewing Forum Leaders" is not in the admin area, but at the bottom of the forum and will show the Staff forum
