paid subscriptions - ccbill

can anyone tell me why in the template subscription_payment_ccbill it has:

<input type="hidden" name="username" value="NOUSERNAME" />
<input type="hidden" name="password" value="NOPASSWORD" />

i keep getting members complaining to ccbill saying they have no access to my site, when i look into it they all are trying to use user and pass NOUSERNAME and NOPASSWORD.
it seems daft i know, but ccbill are giving subscribers that info as its what there getting from the form.
ive noticed this for a couple of years but thought it was a ccbill problem.

i run V3.8.4

seems like a very simple mistake went live in that version, please help.

What do you have entered for your Datalink Username and Datalink Password?

my ccbill Datalink Username and Datalink Password....
i cant see how that would make a difference.

what should be passed to ccbill is the user's stuff... but it cant when the code you provide actually says NOUSERNAME and NOPASSWORD

those are hardcoded into the template
