Can't Delete post

Just upgraded from 3.6 to 3.8,

In the upper right corner of an individual post is a small white box that you can put a check in. Then you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select delete post. That doesn't work anymore. even with the box checked, it shows 0 on the bottom, and when you tell it to delete it doesn't do anything.

same thing happens in custom styles as in the default vB 3.8 style.

I have also found that none of the functions in the moderation box work either. See th eattached image which should make it clearer. Nowing I change makes it work, including using default templates.

We NEVER thought to disable plugins. STUPID me... with them all disabled, it works fine. THANK YOU a million times.
