I was wondering if it would be possible to make a notification screen for admins only. The notification screen would tell the admin once a report has been filed.

You would need to write the code for it. You may want to try a search over on vbulletin.org, the modification site, and see if something like that already exists.

when i recieve a new-reply-in-subscribed-topic notification, i have to delete it from "notification preview" area, or i will see it FOREVER.
