Getting a Fatal error message runing 3.8

Running vBulletin 3.8, everything was working fine, all of a sudden forum won't load and get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _chek_bl() (previously declared in /public_html/global.php(400) : eval()'d code(290) : eval()'d code:2) in //public_html/global.php(400) : eval()'d code(290) : eval()'d code on line 5

How do I resolve this?

Disregard.

Turned out to be a really old plugin that was disabled. I uninstalled it, even though it was disabled, and that fixed things. Hope that helps out anyone else who may experience this issue.
