how to get Forum Facebook Connect App ID in v 3.7.6

i purchased vb facebook connect and it is said to be compatible with 3.7.6
it now requires Forum Facebook Connect App ID in installation and there is no facebook options in my admin cp

It's not Facebook Connect that you buy, it's the Facebook App which then uses Facebook Connect:

On vB4, yes. There is no Connect feature in vB3
