    Upload problem since server crash

My host seemed to do something as suddenly my forum was restored to a backup around a month old, I think they were updating something on the server and something went wrong.
Unfortunately they are not responding to my support requests and I am now getting the following issues when trying to upload files. Is this something I can sort out from my side?

    untitled.jpg ( 200k )
Thumbnail creation failed due to your image library not having support for this image type.

    xxx_setup_5.0.0.2.zip ( 3.6mb)
    Upload of file failed.

What do you have set in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Image Settings > Image Processing Library? It sounds like they may have upgraded php and not installed the correct modules.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

      Image Processing Library = GD
      Image Verification = GD(Simple Font)

The sample image does not appear

If the sample image is not appearing, then I would guess it is not installed correctly.

Have you asked your host what they did that day? Have you told them that your can no longer upload images and that your GD appears to be broken?

          Hi

Thanks for your reply, it appears to be fixed now, this is their reply below

          Hello,

System was upgraded to Centos 6 which might have caused upload_max_filesize to go back to default. We have increased it to 20MB. Please check now and let us know if anything else we can do to help.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

          Best regards,
          Customer Service
