The large image isn't supposed to be showing a list of usergroups. It is showing a list of define User Ranks. Each table has the name of the Usergroup that the Rank is assigned to.

The smaller picture does not show custom usergroups. Have you verified that they still exist in the database?

Yes, members on my forums currently have the ranks, and you can select to give the users the ranks.

I don't understand this response. Not really worried about the Ranks at the moment.

When you go into phpMyAdmin and look at the data in the usergroup table, are your custom usergroups listed?

Edit one of your usergroups and save them. No need to change anything in the group. Just click the go button and then the update button.

Do your custom groups show up now?

Within phpMyAdmin, edit each usergroup with HTML and remove the HTML. You should not try to format these titles and doing so breaks the display like you are experiencing.

After editing the titles in the database, edit one of your visible usergroups and save it. This tells vBulletin to rebuild the datastore cache.
