Hey guys,
I kept receiving this error message while in AdminCP:
"Database error in vBulletin 3.8.4: Invalid SQL: SELECT version, uninstallcode FROM productcode WHERE productid = 'nospam' AND uninstallcode <> ''; MySQL Error : Table 'xxxxxxxx_vb.productcode' doesn't exist Error Number : 1146 Request Date : Sunday, January 19th 2014 @ 02:25:39 PM Error Date : Sunday, January 19th 2014 @ 02:25:39 PM Script : http://www.xxxxxxx/forums/admincp/pl...do=productkill Referrer : http://www.xxxxxxx/forums/admincp/pl...ctid=nospam&s= IP Address : 75.74.26.145 Username : xxxxx Classname : vB_Database MySQL Version : 5.0.96-community"
So, I reached out to my host and this is what they responded with:
"The problem is that your delete function, or at least part of the data that needs to be deleted, is supposed to be stored in a table called productcode:
MySQL Error : Table xxxxxxx_vb.productcode' doesn't exist Error
I checked and confirmed that this table does not exist. The issue is that because the table does not exist, the delete function cannot find the data it believes it needs to remove. At least part of the data. Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist you with. You need to speak with your developer, or a Vbulletin developer whom knows how to manually remove this content, or possibly how to override this portion of the delete function. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns."
Can anyone help? Thanks!
