How do I allow non moderators to edit posts after the time limit expires?

We allow registered users to edit their posts for up to 10 days.

There are a few users who maintain Key Posts, who are not moderators, but whom we would like to be able to edit their own posts indefinitely. Is this possible?

If we appoint them moderators, then they can edit and delete other posts which we don't want them to be able to do.

That is not possible without modifying the code (probably a plugin will do it).

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Create a new "usergroup", name it for example "Mod".....when setting permissions enable "Can Moderate All Forums (is Super Moderator)"...............now go to...... admin cp >Forums and Moderators >show all Moderators......each "Mod" will be named, you can then disable or enable exactly which permissions you want each one to have thereby allowing them to do exactly what you asked.
