Why is the User Group title not appearing for some groups?

I have a group called Frequent Posters and this appears under their user name in all posts. (The same for mods and admins)

I have two other groups - New User and Registered User and their titles do not appear.

I have filled in the following boxes with the words New User
Title
Description
User Title

In the Usergroup Manager, what do you have set for "Can Use Custom Title"?

Can Use Custom Title
If this option is enabled, members of this usergroup will be able to enter a custom title in the Edit Profile section of their User CP. The custom title will be displayed in the user's posts and profile page in place of any title specified for their group or post count (see User Title Manager).

And do you have a Title set for that same usergroup up on top where it says "User Title"?
