You should contact your webhost again:

Cannot use database golfspjall_spjall
MySQL Error : Access denied for user 'golfspjall'@'localhost' to database 'golfspjall_spjall'


Your mysql user does nto have permission to access the database set in the config file. They might have acdiently changed something when they repaired.

You haven't even used up your normal resources, you can also open a ticket with us. But right now the issue is on your webhost or your mysql configuration.
