Easiest way to delete spam accounts and posts?

I have a lot of people spamming on one of my sites, can anyone tell me the quickest way to delete the accounts and their posts?

Right now I am pruning their posts then deleting their account but there are so many that it is taking up a lot of time, I must have a few hundred that I have to do this for now..

When you see a spam post, check it with inline moderation, from the menu in the thread there is "Delete Posts as Spam" and an option to delete all their posts and ban them at the same time.
