The table 'vbulletinsession' is full

I have been running a forum for several years. I have not had any problems with it. But all of a sudden it stopped working.

Is it my server or the vbulletin software?I have not changed any settings in months. Last night before i went to bed it was working and when i woke up this morning i was getting this problem.

I talked to my hosting company and they told me to optimize the vbulletinsession table. I tried that but that didn't fix the problem.


Does anyone know how to fix this?

Change type to heap.

I'm not sure what you mean by heap.

I was reading other threads with the same problem. And i have went into my mysql panel and clicked on "Session" database and clicked on "Empty"

And now everything seems to be working again.

How can I avoid this problem in the future?
