I very recently started offering vB subscriptions with PayPal as the payment method. I have IPN enabled with PayPal and the IPN is the correct url.
So far, every one of my transactions have resulted in the member account being properly upgraded by being added to the correct secondary usergroup.
However, around 40% of my subscriber transactions in the transaction log are being reported as failures. When I click on the "Failure" link all the data appears correct for the transactions. And, member accounts were properly upgraded even if their transaction in the log was reported as a failure.
My question, why are these transactions reported as failures in the log if they actually did not fail? From what I see, these transactions look perfectly fine.
What could cause an apparently good transaction to still be reported in the log as a failure?
Is there anything I need to do regarding these transactions? If there's nothing that I "need" to do, how then I can set these transactions so that they are properly recorded as successful ("Charge") in the log?
Thanks in advance for any help in figuring this out.
