Is there any way that I can have 3.87 PL3 prohibit registered users from 'ignoring' admins and moderators?

Our forum is heavily run by moderators. We do not want to give them Admin permissions. However, members can set their profiles to subscribers only and this prevents mods from viewing their profile info....
