    HTTPS with vB 3.8?

I have HTTPS on my server, but certificate not coming through with vB. Is it not available on 3.8 or something else I need to do? Thanks.

vBulletin doesn't care, nor is it even aware of anything being https or http.

Its a server thing, if the server is configured correctly, vB will continue to operate normally. There is nothing special you need to do.

OK, vB is working fine with the https, but no certificate is being given because vB would have to code for that? so even over https vB data really isn't encrypted?

Certificates are supplied by the server, not application level software. Even without a certificate, the server can provide encrypted content. If you need something other than a self-signed certificate, your hosting provider can assist you with installing it.
