group icon uploaded

On the "Edit Group Icon" section it says,

"Your group will not show up in New Groups or Random Group on the group overview page unless you have uploaded an icon."

I notice that groups DO show up even without an uploaded icon. Is this a setting issue that I don't know about, or bug in VB 3.8.7?

I do prefer it for all the groups to show up - with or without an icon. Should I just edit the "group_icon_desc" phrase to take this snippet out?

Probably something that was fixed in 3.8.x but the phrase never updated- fixing the phrase seems like the way to go.
