What version of PHP are you using? Has PHP been upgraded recently?

What version of vB3 are you running? Only 3.8.5 and up are compatible with PHP 5.3

if you edit the init.php and class_core.php files on the line numbers indicated and remove the & next to the =, re-save/upload the files, it will work.
