Can't upload avatars, attachments, sigpics, ect.

I've installed many VB's, the latest one will not allow us to upload any pictures, avatars, sigpics, etc. Anything uploaded to the "vb" itself, not on the server.

Vb version 3.8.7 pl3.

Any help please?

Can't load XML files either. (yes, system is on).

safe_mode: Off
upload_tmp_dir: None
upload_max_filesize: 32.00 MB

Results No file uploaded and no local file found. The test cannot continue.

I really just think it's a problem on the host's end.. It's godaddy, their set up is horrible. It's my VB and a friends domain and host on GD. I use URLJet for my main board, but I have installed VB on GD servers like 20 times, never having this problem.

If nothing else comes about I'll fill out a ticket.
