    internal server error

    I just installed APC on my vps and now I am getting Internal Server Error, I do not have an idea what to do and where to fix kindly some one help me fixing this issue
    In addition to this, I am getting FATAL ERRORS as well
    some thing like this :
    Fatal error: Cannot run code from this file in conjunction with non encoded files in /home/heng/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 55

      That is a server issue. You need to contact your host for help with this.
