problem show username in Chat

Hi
i write chat service for vb but i have problem to load Arabic language


in mysql username Collation is latin1_swedish_ci and i cant load and show language

Please Help Me
and my vBulletin Version is 3.8.4

vbulletin does not have a chat addon. You will probably need to ask at the software developer of the chat application that you use.
