    vB 3.8.x and PHP compatibility

Is the version of my forum software, 3.8.6 PL1, compatible with PHP 5.2.4? If not, is vB version 3.8.7 PL1?

    Thanks,

    Jim

Yes, 3.8.6 should be OK with that version of PHP

It is only php 5.3 (or above) that older versions of vb 3.x have issues with.

Thank you. I'll ask my VPS host to upgrade. I also have WordPress powered websites on the server and the latest version requires PHP 5.2.4 or better. I appreciate the quick replies.
