Limit posting links to specific usergroups?

Hi,
To limit spam and encourage posting I have a beginner usergroup that requires 10 posts before moving to the Profiler group.
The creation of signatures is limited to the Profiler group and would like to also limit adding links to posts to only the Profiler group as well.

How would I do that?

Since a link is simply text, there really is no way to do that.

Any idea how http://forum.bodybuilding.com/index.php is doing this? When I try to add a link to a post I get: To be able to post links or images your post count must be 30 or greater. You currently have 14 posts. Please remove links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post.

I don't know. Probably an add-on. You should ask them about this.

Indeed, as mentioned above it is done with a mod. If you will check My Mods link at my signature you will find such a mod.
