I searched for previous posts on this topic and did not see an answer that fits out problem.
We've noticed that the confirmation emails and any others that we send to users at Bellsouth.net, Comcast.net, sbcglobal.net, (lately) verizon.net, and a few others are not going through.
If we send a manual email to them from our host, we get something like this back:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>: host extmail.optusnet.com.au [211.29.133.14]: 550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Mail from 70.39.233.46 blocked usingTrend Micro oRBL+. Please seehttp://www.mail-abuse.com/cgi-bin/lookup?ip_address=70.39.233.46
Any ideas on why this is happening and how to resolve it? We're on 3.8.6
ThanksKerry
