    That is just the basic font size in Style Manager > find style > Main CSS > <td>, <th>, <p>, <li> > Font Size.

      Thank you for that! I've got one more:

      When I edit the text size in main css > navbar text the middle two breadcrumbs increase but the outside highlighted in the picture do not. Where do I edit them?

        On my test site, all the three top links are controlled by the same font-size. Hoever, they are a different template, so perhaps you modified that - navbar_link or navbar.

        The thread title, however, is hard-coded in the navbar template:
