Back up on VB

    Back up on VB

    Hi,

    Does VB do automatic back up of database. If there is a breakdown of the forum in future will i have back up anywhere e.g. on server or phpmyadmin ? or will have to do a back up at admin control panel of the forum ?

    The admin control panel --> database back up as a link or file path to the server. How can i check where the file path leads to ?

      vBulletin doesn't backup your database automatically. You have to make the backup yourself.

          Do you have access to control panel? I have found using the "backups" tab to be an easy way to backup the entire site.
