    Translation

I was wondering if there's a way so that people from say france/germany can understand my site? I've heard of language packs you can install, but how do they work? Does it automatically translate? How will it know where the user is from? IP? And what about when they post? Will it show up in french?

Language packs only translate the phrases (ie - the navtabs at the top, the sub-menus, the Reply to Thread button) and not any user entered text (like the post itself). I think there may be a modification over on vbulletin.org, the modification site, that puts buttons on the top of the site to translate the text into different languages that you choose, so you can look over there for that if that is what you want.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
