we are going through torture of spamming on the forums and we had started infracting them by sending them to a non-posting zone.
we set 5 infraction points to get some restricted usergroup setting
The problem is, when we set Infrction group with 5 points there seems to be no action happening,they are been sent to usergroups as secondary and almost 60 - 70 users automatically lost their usergroup settings and were back to the registered users.
Don't what's wrong here, can some one guide me to do the simple logic issue.
When, user gets 5 infraction points he must be sent to an usergroup as primary user. How to do that ?
