I want to fully remove the content of the template that shows this:

might try searching your templates for "Posting Permissions"

Actually, not exactly. Most text in the templates are phrases. So, you want to find out the name of the phrase first (Search in Phrases, enter phrase text, search) and then search for the phrase name in the templates.
