How to disable bbcode translation in editor?

Is there a quick way to disable bbcode translation in the editor? Either the quick one or the advanced one?

I have a site, where only a handful of people can post, and they are quite knowledgable with the tags. I've installed a modification from vbulletin.org, which however is very confusing to my post-enabled people, with the bbcode translation done by the editor. If I could make the editor not translate bbcodes (show the tags instead), it would be just great.

I would advise not using the advanced WYSIWYG editor. Then it will ony show tags.
