Couple of Minutes of Time Difference?

Is it only me or everyone facing this issue? I'm noticing time difference of a couple of minutes. The clock seems to be behind the actual time. First I thought this is due to my server settings but later realized that this is happening with vb.com too. I remember that such an issue occurred earlier as well. What's happening?

PS: I've set my time zone as +5.5 GMT.

My computer says the time is 11:46 and the time on the bottom of this post says 11:46. So, it seems fine to me.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.
