Changing Register Information

How would I find what's located in the blue box so that I wold be able to change it to something else that I want? I have searched my Templates and Phrases and not able to find the location. If anyone can help that would be appreciated. Thank you.

The text is a phrase. Go to Search in Phrases, enter a small bit of the text and hit Search.
