Limiting View Access To "x" posts...

Slightly strange one here but here's a scenario I would like to achieve.

Currently we run a forum whereby you have to be registered to
be able to view ANY of the forum or post, it's a paid registration.

We would however like to be able to achieve the following:

Make it so guests can now see 2 Posts from each thread, with the
3 post , or the area the 3rd post would be in, become a message
telling them to view more or to post they need to go purchase
our product. (we make it so they get to a protected registraton
process after ordering our product)

Once they register, they will then be able to see all the posts in
every thread etc.

Is this possible, if so any tips ?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

Hi Trevor, I did realize it wasn't out of the box, I was hoping some kind folks who might have done something similiar might be able to help, I will also go check at vb.org.
