Section Moderators can moderate globally

I have an issue with my assigned section moderators often moderating globally. Some people wouldn't say this is bad, because it's more efficient, but it prevents my other section moderators from performing to their potential due to overactive moderating from certain other moderators.

Is it possible to prevent section moderators from moderating outside of their own section?

You have to assign them to specific forums IIRC, and remove them from the global moderator setting in Usergroups. Individual forum assignments are handled in ACP > Forums and Moderators > Forum Manager, then select the fourm and go 'Add Moderator'
