Admin cp issues

When I try to go to my admin cp (www.mysite.org/forums/admincp) I get this error message:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/init.php5 on line 275

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

When I take a look at line 275 of the init.php5 file it says this:
$vbulletin->pluginlist = array_merge($vbulletin->pluginlist, $vbulletin->pluginlistadmin);

When I take a look at line 3277 of the class_core.php5 file it says this:
echo "<br /><strong>Warning</strong>: $errstr in <strong>$errfile</strong> on line <strong>$errline</strong><br />";


Now what do I do to correct this. When I disable my modifications I am able to go to my admincp and log in. But I need my modifications so now what?

Check that all of your modifications are compatible with whatever version on vB that you're running.
